Conversations with you will allow me to truly understand your needs and how you want your home to work for you. This can be achieved with interior modifications and renovations, an extension to your existing property or if you are brave enough, a new build!

WHAT I OFFER
ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN
A personal 1-1 meeting with you to help me understand how you want your home to function is the first step. Once these ideas have been ironed out, only then will I proceed with the drawing process. Sketch ideas lead to a set of formal drawings, whether they are required for permitted development or full planning application. Unfortunately I cannot guarantee the success of planning approval but I will provide full support throughout the process and deal with any queries the Case Officer may have, strengthening the chances of gaining full approval.
HOLISTIC APPROACH
I understand that the home is key to everyday living and forms an integral part of your personal and professional life. The home is where we all live, retreat to after a long day at work or seeing friends. The home is a place that we socialise in, have friends come round and make long lasting memories. It’s a place where we celebrate special occasions and it is the heart of the family. Every home is different and serves different purposes. Therefore I believe that each home is very private and it is my core belief that it is important to have a home that works for you.
